Kathy Huynh Artistry – Mindset Mastery for Makeup Artists Coaching Program

1. Program Overview

The Program includes:

• Six (6) weeks of live weekly coaching sessions, delivered via Kajabi.

• Access to recordings of the live trainings.

• Exercises and journal prompts.

• Ongoing support via a private Telegram group.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay one of the following options:

• A one-time payment of $777, or

• Six (6) monthly payments of $145, totaling $870.

By selecting the installment plan, you agree to pay all six monthly payments, regardless of whether you complete, participate in, or access the entire Program. This payment obligation cannot be canceled.

Payments are collected automatically via Stripe or PayPal using your debit/credit card.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you determine that the Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Late Payments & Access

You have a 5-day grace period for any missed payment. If payment is not received within this window:

• Access to the Program and all related materials will be suspended.

• A $15 late fee will be added to your balance.

Continued non-payment may result in collections activity.

5. Client Responsibilities & Disclaimer

You acknowledge that your success in the Program depends entirely on your own participation, dedication, and implementation of the material.

We do not guarantee any specific results, financial gains, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for your progress, actions, and results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program—including videos, worksheets, prompts, and community interactions—is the intellectual property of Kathy Huynh Artistry.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without express written consent.

7. Community Guidelines

Support and questions are provided in the Telegram group. We expect respectful, professional, and constructive communication at all times.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kathy Huynh Artistry be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or personal/business interruptions arising from participation in the Program.

9. Marketing & Social Media Usage

By participating in the Program, you grant Kathy Huynh Artistry the right to use your non-confidential feedback, testimonials (written or video), or publicly shared content related to the Program (e.g., Instagram stories, posts, or messages sent to the Coach) for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, websites, and advertising.

Any use of your full name, personal image, or identifying details will only be shared with your written or verbal consent. We value your trust and will never disclose sensitive or private information without your permission.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
