In this live, transformative 2-day workshop, we combine mindset work with body-based nervous system tools — so the change you've been trying to think your way into finally has somewhere to land.
What You’ll Discover in
Day 1:
You will find out what is blocking the way to your success, even though you keep buying books, listening to podcasts, and want to make a change.
You will learn how the nervous system prioritizes survival and safety over expansion and growth, and the subtle ways your nervous system is sabotaging your results.
You will identify which nervous system state you’re constantly living in and how to catch yourself while you’re in that state.
You’ll discover which thought patterns and subconscious beliefs are keeping you stuck and what to do about them.

You will do a visualization exercise to help you clearly see where you want to go so you can make this your new reality.
What You’ll Discover in
Day 2:
You’ll learn how the ancient mind-body practice of Qigong can help you act in alignment with your Future Self on a day-to-day basis.
You’ll learn a quick and simple 3-step framework to help you regulate your nervous system so you can feel grounded in minutes.
You’ll learn EFT tapping techniques to release subconscious limiting beliefs that are quietly activating your nervous system and keeping you in survival mode without you realizing it.
You’ll use EFT and Qigong to embody the feelings of confidence, self-trust, flow, and other emotions that will help you take consistent action rather than consistent avoidance.
You’ll do a full Qigong practice in real time to experience the regulating and soothing benefits of body-based work on your nervous system.
You’ll embody the mindset, beliefs, and actions of your Future Self without feeling resistance or disconnection from that version of yourself.

Kathy Huynh
I’m the youngest daughter of immigrant parents who worked hard and stretched every dollar to build a new life in this country. I grew up watching them struggle to find stability and from them, I inherited both an incredible work ethic and a deep desire for a better life.
I started my career in finance at a young age and climbed the ladder quickly, creating success I never could’ve imagined. But at the peak of my career, I felt suffocated. Stuck.
That’s when I discovered subconscious reprogramming and mindset work—and realized my mindset was my greatest business tool.
I started rewiring my beliefs, regulating my nervous system, and stepping into a new, empowered identity. I learned to lead with love and trust instead of fear and lack.
My business grew exponentially—but this time it felt easy, fulfilling, and sustainable.
That transformation sparked a new mission for me: helping other heart-centered, multi-passionate creative entrepreneurs grow their businesses from the inside out.
Now, I guide my students to combine powerful mindset shifts, anchor into their higher identity, and build business strategies that align with their natural brilliance.
Charmaine Horn, BSN, RN
She is a Registered Nurse, Body-Based Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Qigong (pronounced "Chee-Gong") Instructor. After eight years as a psychiatric nurse, Charmaine realized that medications alone weren’t helping her patients heal at the root level. In 2020, she left hospital nursing to explore holistic healing methods to help people get to the root cause of their mental health issues. Through her own experiences with burnout, anxiety, and depression, and also through coaching and teaching hundreds of clients and patients, she discovered a different approach to mental health — one that starts in the body, not the mind.
Today, Charmaine helps women who are outwardly successful but silently struggling with anxiety, fear, or self-doubt. Using body-based mindfulness coaching, Qigong, and nervous system–based healing techniques, she teaches women how to regulate their stress, reconnect with their inner strength, and build emotional resilience so they can lead their lives from a place of calm, clarity, and confidence rather than survival mode.
