Kathy Huynh Cabico

I’m the youngest daughter of immigrant parents who worked hard and stretched every dollar to build a new life in this country. I grew up watching them struggle to find stability and from them, I inherited both an incredible work ethic and a deep desire for a better life.

I started my career in finance at a young age and climbed the ladder quickly, creating success I never could’ve imagined. But at the peak of my career, I felt suffocated. Stuck.

That’s when I discovered subconscious reprogramming and mindset work—and realized my mindset was my greatest business tool.

I started rewiring my beliefs, regulating my nervous system, and stepping into a new, empowered identity. I learned to lead with love and trust instead of fear and lack.

My business grew exponentially—but this time it felt easy, fulfilling, and sustainable.

That transformation sparked a new mission for me: helping other heart-centered, multi-passionate creative entrepreneurs grow their businesses from the inside out.

Now, I guide my students to combine powerful mindset shifts, anchor into their higher identity, and build business strategies that align with their natural brilliance.

Charmaine Horn, BSN, RN

She is a Registered Nurse, Body-Based Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Qigong (pronounced "Chee-Gong") Instructor. After eight years as a psychiatric nurse, Charmaine realized that medications alone weren’t helping her patients heal at the root level. In 2020, she left hospital nursing to explore holistic healing methods to help people get to the root cause of their mental health issues. Through her own experiences with burnout, anxiety, and depression, and also through coaching and teaching hundreds of clients and patients, she discovered a different approach to mental health — one that starts in the body, not the mind.

Today, Charmaine helps women who are outwardly successful but silently struggling with anxiety, fear, or self-doubt. Using body-based mindfulness coaching, Qigong, and nervous system–based healing techniques, she teaches women how to regulate their stress, reconnect with their inner strength, and build emotional resilience so they can lead their lives from a place of calm, clarity, and confidence rather than survival mode.
